The DivX downloads

By downloading the DivX;-) codec I agree to use the DivX;-) codec only for my own personal use, for my own creative work and/or for copyright free works; by all means I will respect all existing and future copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual and commercial rights and properties of movie companies, TV-stations, music companies, web sites, creative companies and other intellectual properties holders;

2. By downloading the DivX;-) codec I agree that I will not use the DivX;-) codec for commercial distribution of movies, video and audio or illegal activities;

3. By downloading the DivX;-) codec I agree to respect all the copyrights related to the DivX;-) codec;

4. By downloading the DivX;-) codec I agree that the divx.st Team is no way responsible for any damage caused by the use of the DivX;-) codec on my hardware and/or software, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL the divx.st/mac.st-team BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,  and that by downloading the DivX;-) codec  I expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the DivX;-) codec is at my sole risk. The DivX;-) codec is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind;

5. By downloading the DivX;-) codec I irrevocable agree to safeguard the divx.st Team form legal claims related to the DivX;-) codec, and claims from third parties following the use of the DivX;-) codec.

6. By downloading the DivX;-) codec I confirm that I receive the DivX;-) codec completely for free.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE DIVX;-) CODEC.
